How does it work?
TapOnn products operate with the help of a smart NFC chip that wirelessly shares your digital profile with a NFC-enabled phone. The receiver’s phone shows a pop notification when your TapOnn smart product is tapped on their phone. The notification leads them to your digital profile containing all the information you have added which can be saved with a single click. Incase your phone doesn't have NFC, all our smart product are embedded with a dynamic QR code that shares your information with a simple scan. Rest assured, all of this is completely safe & Secure.
Does the other person need TapOnn to receive my info?
No, that's the part. Other person doesn't have to take the pain, not even of downloading an app. As soon as they receive a tap from your smart TapOnn product, or they scan the QR card, they will receive a notification that will lead to opening your profile in their web browser.
Not working on iPhone
1. Make sure their phone is TapOnn compatible : accessibility Compatible Devices
2. Tap on the upper front/back on the iphone.
3. TapOnn can't be read when:
- their phone is in airplane mode
-their device flashlight is on
- their phone screen is off
- their camera is open
Not working on the Android
1. Make sure receiver's phone is NFC compatible : accessibility Compatible Devices (link)
2. Tap either on the upper back near the camera or the centre back of your android.
3. Make sure NFC is turned onn in their phone settings.

How do I share with non-compatible phones?
If you are worried that your network will be restricted to only the people who own a compatible phone, fear not. Your TapOnn card also comes with a QR card. Your potential connection can scan this QR card with any phone and it'll lead them to your profile within seconds.

How to Activate without NFC ?
With TapOnn's latest NON-NFC activation feature, all you need is to click on Activate device > Activate QR > & scan the QR code. that's it your smart product will automatically get activated.
