The TapOnn 90-Day Refund Policy applies only to TapOnn's smart products purchased directly from our official website.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it between 90 and 120 days from the original purchase date. Refunds will only be considered if the issue reported is genuine, impacting the product's intended use.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@taponn.digital between the 90- to 120-day period.
Provide your original order details and a brief explanation of any issues you've encountered that affect the product’s usability.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and approved, our team will guide you through the return process. You may be required to return the product in its original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories, shipping it to our warehouse. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable.
The refund will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
Refund Amount
The refund will cover only the product's cost. Please note that 60% of the amount, covering handling, design, and taxes, is non-refundable. Shipping, handling, or any additional fees incurred during the purchase are also non-refundable.
Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests should be made only during the period between 90 and 120 days from the purchase date.
Requests made after 120 days will not be accepted.
Requests made within 90 days will not be accepted, as TapOnn encourages users to fully utilize the product for 90 days before making a decision.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any actions beyond normal use are not eligible for a refund.
Processing Time
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
