Eligibility for Refund
The TapOnn 90-Day Refund Policy applies only to TapOnn's smart cards purchased directly from our official website.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it after 90 days & before 120 days from the original purchase date.


Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@taponn.digital between the 90 to 120 day period.
Provide your original order details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction with the product.


Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
You may be required to return the product in its original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories & ship it to our warehouse. This cost is non-refundable.
The refund will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.


Refund Amount
The refund will cover the full purchase price of the TapOnn smart card.
Shipping, handling, or any additional fees incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.


Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests should be made only between a period of 90-120 days.
Requests made after 120 days will not be accepted.
Request made within 90 days will not be accepted as TapOnn encourages users to utilise the card for 90 days & then make a decision.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any actions beyond normal use are not eligible for a refund.


Processing Time
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
