APM
Key Responsibilities
- Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and Engineers to translate the requirements into live products.
- Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals.
- Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.
- Develop the user experience, goals, stories and requirements that will be used to create product specifications.
- Communicate program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products and projects by reviewing specifications and requirements; and coming up with new product ideas and execution road maps.
Requirement
- Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics)
- Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results
- Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.
- Able to work in a diverse team.
- Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
- Hands-on and should have the ability to execute things fast and at scale.
- Familiar with various third-party analytics tools.
