APM

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and Engineers to translate the requirements into live products.
  • Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals.
  • Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.
  • Develop the user experience, goals, stories and requirements that will be used to create product specifications.
  • Communicate program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products and projects by reviewing specifications and requirements; and coming up with new product ideas and execution road maps.

Requirement

  • Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics)
  • Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results
  • Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.
  • Able to work in a diverse team.
  • Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
  • Hands-on and should have the ability to execute things fast and at scale.
  • Familiar with various third-party analytics tools.
